VidTrigger App Store Terms

These App Store Terms apply where VidTrigger is downloaded, purchased, licensed, or used through Apple’s App Store.
VidTrigger is marketed under Outpost 42 and published on the App Store by Vincent Hearn.
1. Developer identity

2. Apple standard EULA
If you acquire VidTrigger through the Apple App Store, your use of that version is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with any applicable Apple App Store terms.
3. Relationship with Apple
If you acquire VidTrigger through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- the purchase, download, and distribution of the app may also be subject to Apple’s own terms and conditions
- your licence to use VidTrigger through the App Store is governed by Apple’s standard EULA unless otherwise stated by Apple
- Apple is not responsible for providing product-specific support or maintenance unless required by law
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to VidTrigger except as required by applicable law
4. App privacy
The App Store version of VidTrigger is intended not to collect personal data from within the app itself.
However, Apple may process certain information in connection with App Store purchases, downloads, account use, and platform services under Apple’s own policies.

Support for VidTrigger is provided by Vincent Hearn / Outpost 42, not by Apple.
